Women's Caucus Panel

We sponsor a special section devoted to women's studies at the annual convention.

The Women's Caucus Panel Topic for the 2005 Conference in Cambridge PA, will be:

The Female Author/ The Female Character in Contemporary Women's Fiction

Chair: Oneida Sanchez. The study of female characters alone does not necessarily enlighten the study of women authors with relation to class, race, nationality and gender. These papers will illustrate the social relationships between the realities of women authors and the texts that they produce.
