Registration and Membership

Membership in the Northeast Modern Language Association supports its annual convention, the MLS journal, and its fellowship and other award programs. Membership year runs from Dec. 1, 2010 - Nov. 30, 2011.

2010 Rates

Registration & Membership	Full-time Faculty: $159	Student / Part-time / Independent Scholar: $102.50
Membership Only	Full-time Faculty: $79	Student / Part-time / Independent Scholar: $39

NeMLA uses the Acteva online payment service, which allows you two options to pay for your membership and convention registration: you can either use a credit card or fill out the online forms and then mail in a check. With check option, if check is not received within a week, registration/membership will be cancelled.

2010 Convention Auditor Registration

This rate is not valid for convention chairs or presenters, but is intended for non-participating academics. Graduates students who are registered within a 25-mile radius of the convention OR non-academic guests of registered participants, not attending receptions, are not required to register as auditors, though are asked to check-in at registration table for nametag. http://www.acteva.com/booking.cfm?bevaID=190852
